At the front of Brickell Cosmetic Center is Founder and Master Aesthetician Julia Pernas. She is a multi-faceted Skin Care Specialist with an incredible professional background. Julie, as she is always referred to by our beautiful patients, is gifted with abounding experience. Julie started in the beauty industry 15 years ago as a Patient Coordinator for a well-renowned Plastic Surgeon in the City of Miami. This caused her to fall in love with the Aesthetics Industry and as a result open her own business in 2010, as we all know and love to be Brickell Cosmetic Center.

Julie decided to open BCC not only for her love of Aesthetics but also because she desired a place where individuals could go to feel heard and accepted. She strives for Beauty, Commitment, and Credibility, the mission statement of BCC.
